Mr. Umesh is One of the Partner of A-J Associates, and has a more than 25 years experiance in civil construction at different fields like Residential, Commercial, Industrial Building, Renovation & Restoration of Structure, Soil Nailing & Pile Foundation, where he is in charge of establishing, implementing and communicating A-J Associates strategy. He is also responsible for aligning the entire team with A-J established practices and long-time goals, making the best use of his keen strategical and market knowledge. He has completed many successfull projects with best quality. He is passionate about business management and 3DS Max.

Mr. Ajay D T, Partner of A-J Associates..

Mr. Ajay is One of the Partner of of A-J Associates, and has a more than 13 years experiance in civil construction at different fields like Residential & Commercial Building (Conventional Building, Mivan shuttering building, Pre-cast Building), High Rise Building, Wind Turbine Projects. Where he is in charge of Work Execution, Maintain Documentation and communicating A-J Associates strategy. He is also responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations. Prior to working on A-J’s broader vision, Ajay spent his time in site with co-worker and will manage the development of AJ Projects from starting level to the Finishing itself. He is passionate about work management, 2D & 3D Drawings and crafting high quality work.
