industrial and infrastructure project. He is
is passionate about work management, 2D & 3D Drawings and challenging
works. Having worked in various leadership positions in many Civil industry verticals Mahesh Raikar brings to the table vast experience. Organizational, Technical, Operational skills, Goal-oriented and results-driven, Critical thinking and mult tasking, Decision-making and delegation are some of the most important skills and abilities he has Maintains and directs the daily operations of the business, including coordinating with all teams.

Mr. Ajay is One of the Partner of of A-J Associates, and has a more than 13 years experiance in civil construction at different fields like Residential & Commercial Building (Conventional Building, Miven shuttering building, Pre-cast Building), High Rise Building, Wind Turbine Projects. Where he is in charge of Work Execution, Maintain Documentation and communicating A-J Associates strategy.
He is also responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations. Prior to working on A-J’s broader vision, Ajay spent his time in site with co-worker and will manage the development of AJ Projects from starting level to the Finishing itself.
He is passionate about work management, 2D & 3D Drawings and crafting high quality work.
